National Men’s Health Week Actions

  1. Lingering injuries or pain? Putting off medical appointments? Have strange feelings about your body but just ignore them? Well, time to book an appointment and commit to it. Don’t leave these things to grow and possibly become worse.

  2. Time to get active! Whether it’s going to the gym, doing quick workouts at home, swimming or jogging/riding in your local park. (You could cycle or jog to work as we’ve advised to a few of our successful clients.) Building up a daily or weekly habit will help you look after your body which means, your body will look after you!

  3. Show your Commitment! Wearing a blue ribbon will show your commitment to Men’s Health as it is the symbol for it! This is a good conversation starter, which in turn helps spread the word about Men’s Health if anyone asks out of curiosity. Wear it like a badge of honour
