So now having national bike week (NBW) is a great outlet, more than ever.
Getting on your bike is good for both physical and mental health.
In the past few years, we have seen an increase nationwide of people getting back on an old bike and renting one of the many available in London.
You can use cycling for the following to name few;
Exercise - most popular and well-known use
Commuting to work - the now cheaper way as gas prices are almost at £100 to fill a normal car with petrol.
Freedom - the ability to go almost anywhere at any time in a healthier happier way.
Shopping and recreational purposes.
