🍿I want to snack but….. don’t want the high calorie count

Do you get peckish late at night (even though you should be asleep)

Do you raid the snack cupboard at work (leaving scraps for the rest of your colleagues)

Do you sometimes feel the need to eat your feelings ( Eating every snack in sight or just consuming more than you need)

Well, unto the quick life hack

Simply put…. WATER is your best friend

Drinking a 250ml glass of water is enough to almost fill your stomach of the craving whilst still maintaining a calorie count of ZERO

As good as water is for you (the low-calorie count is also great)

It’s important to remember there is such a thing as too much of a good thing.

This means if you drink too much water at once you could leave yourself feeling bloated as your body struggles to distribute the load around your body.

Drink in moderation (Drink responsibly)
