Yep..different words but a similar message

We sound like a broken record at this point, but lifting weights can lead to improved metabolic health, this includes improved insulin sensitivity. This means your blood sugar levels can be easily managed. This increases your metabolic rate, or how many calories you burn while you rest/sleep. Lifting weights doesn’t just mean weight you can exercise just using your body weight.

Avoid smoking & drug use and heavy alcohol consumption

Often not taken very seriously but.

When you smoke, use harmful drugs and abuse alcohol, these actions can hurt your overall health. If you are already taking part in any of these activities, it might be wise to consider cutting back or quitting to help reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
