The choice is yours the more you enjoy the exercise the more you will want to do it and keep stress at a low.

Yoga has also been known to be a good method of relieving stress from the mind and body

Meditation

Meditation is the practice of focused concentration which can reduce stress as well as high blood pressure and depression (if you’re a person of faith you may find this or prayer suitable)
